Spring Orchestra Trip: FRIDAY
We started the day with rehearsals at the hotel. At 10:30 am, we left for the Air and Space Museum where had lunch, went on guided tours, and also explored the museum on our own. From there,we headed to the Virginia Aquarium for a few hours. Many of the kids enjoyed petting the sting rays here. We spent a little bit of time at the beach and then our day concluded with a dinner dance boat cruise--we had great food and then the orchestra kids spent several hours dancing. Despite some rainy weather, it was a fun day filled with a wide variety of activities.
