Spring Orchestra Trip: THURSDAY
We have arrived safely at our hotel! It was a really rainy day, but we had a lot of fun along the way. We started at by stopping for lunch at the Pentagon City Mall and then performed for a small but appreciative crowd at the Armed Forces Retirement Home. After that, we went to the American History Museum--I took some pictures of the kids there. We got to see some beautiful Stradivarius violins here. After the museum, we went to dinner at Phillips Flagship Restaurant and enjoyed an extensive seafood buffet. The kids seemed stuffed by the end of the night! We then drove to Williamsburg, enjoyed exploring the hotel, and are now getting some rest.
